TWO MOODS
Violette wants you to create your makeup look with your mood instead of the current trend, and she does just that with the two newest Yeux Paint's, Nuage de Lilas (matte) and Violette Sauvage (twinkling). Using the idea of "Two Moods, One Girl" as inspiration, we created a campaign showing the duality we all have inside of ourselves.

Art Direction
To keep with the theme of duality, I referenced images from what I felt were two opposite style periods, 60's mod and 70's disco. Icons of those eras inspired the makeup looks, and the photos were meant to feel like you were in different environments. The Nuage de Lilas images have a softness to them, and the Warhol polaroids inspired the Violette Sauvage images.
